Anthony McDaniels, is an energetic American singer, songwriter, praise and worship leader from Long Island, New York. His start in music began when he sung in his family church choir "The Voices of Zion" at The Church of God in Pillar of Zion at the age of 2. As Anthony went on with his musical entertainment journey he gained recognition for his impact in working in the community, vocal ability and dance talent. At the age of 13, Anthony was casted to play Michael Jackson and James Brown at his middle school's Black History Month Show. He also taught, and choreographed dance routines for several acts. He was also booked to perform at  Sweet Sixteen's, Birthday parties and invited to sing an original education song at his eighth grade graduation.

 

  Anthony took his talents and skills  to reach many in his hometown and across the United States. In 2006, He created an after school youth program entitled The Projectt Live. The Projectt Live is dedicated to youth development in arts and education. Anthony's passions and dedication allowed his hard work to reach the youth across Long Island. He reached various states like New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Atlanta, and even reached the youth in Japan. Stepping into high school, Anthony joined the Central Islip Show Choir, where he made his first TV Debut on Channel 12 News Holiday Special. In 2006, Anthony created his own fashion and dance crew called "Ol' Skool Crew". Anthony and his crew hosted Youth talent shows, dance battles, artist showcase, and fashion shows. In 2009, He was recognized by New York City's Retro Kidz and was a part of their youth team, Team Retro. Anthony made his second television appearance on BET's 106 & PARK #NOTin2012 segment with Host Rocsi Diaz and Terrance J in 2011. With a passion for fashion, Anthony started his clothing line in 2013, where he was cordially invited to Morrocan-American Rap star French Montana album release at Nightclub Webstar Hall to deliver clothing to the rap star and body guard Mad Max.  Anthony networked and met artist like Doug E. Fresh, Vicious , Dj Khaled , and P.Diddy to name a few. His hard work and dedication landed him various industry gigs and features. By 2015, He directed his first behind the scenes video for Season 5 Love & Hip Hop cast Member , and G-Unit artist Precious Paris . His creative dancing and singing skills landed him a viral  dance video on Facebook with over 4.5million views  and various repost on Instagram by artist like Pharrell Williams, MuziqSoulchild, Fatman Scoop, and Timbaland. 

 

 Anthony continued to work hard and was featured in Wyclef Jean's Sak Kap Fet Music Video in 2018. He was also reposted to DJ FatMan Scoop's Official Facebook and Instagram to Promo new dance song "Cherry Lounge". Generating over one million impressions Fatman Scoop cordially invited Anthony to be apart of the Official Music Video Shoot featuring DJ Webstar, Bianca Bonnie, Fatman Scoop and Ron Browz. Anthony's most recent dance feature includes an exclusive collaboration dance promotion made for The Hamiltones- Gotta be Lovin Me' Remix ft Kofi Black.

 

 Today, Anthony is steadily working for the Lord and for his community through his ministry. He host's fundraisers, food and clothes drives, active in youth outreach, praise and worship, hosts gospel concerts and programs. Anthony founded Higher Praise Gospel Explosion in 2019. In 2019, he joined The New Gospel Love Caravans from Wyandanch, New York, where he currently sings lead. He has fellowship with many churches across Long island and in states like Florida, North Carolina , South Carolina, Connecticut, and New Jersey. Through the years he has built connection and vocal recognition with such great  gospel artists like The Legendary Supreme Angels,The Walls Group,Anointed Brown Sisters, The Late Pastor Shawn Jones, The McDuffie Family,Darrell Pettis & Take 2, and Lisa Knowles-Smith to name a few. Through Anthony's influence and talent he has built a social media presence with over 100,000 followers and millions of impressions across social media platforms. Anthony is still pursuing outreach with daily devotional, The Projectt Live, directing music videos, a graphic designer and photographer. He is currently getting ready to launch his own christian based apparel, debut his first single "I've Got Jesus""  and self titled album "Anthony McDaniels" which is set to release June of 2023.  Anthony has been recognized for his vocal ability, and is an Official Nominee for the 2023 12th Annual Golden Triangle Music Award as 2023 Male Vocalist of the Year !
